I’m looking for a copy of the service manual and electrical schematics for a 1977 AMX Hornet, 258 c.i. 6 Cylinder w/2 Barrel carb., 4 Speed Trans. The cars in excellent condition; but the electrical under the hood is a nightmare. I would appreciate it if anyone has a copy they could send me by email, or contact me with a few ideas. I have a 74 Hornet hatchback with a 304 v8 that I'm looking for a 4sp shifter and rods for it. It's a T10p-1B case with a T10p-7A tailshaft. The shifter mounts to the front of the tailshaft of this tranny. I have tried Hurst and B&M and neither offer for this tranny. I was told it came out of a 68 or 69 AMX. If anyone can help me out, It would make my day. Call or e-mail me cell # 724-882-6152 or e-mail: chefboyrbb@yahoo.com Thaks a lot, Bill Beck Pittsburgh PA

I have a set of Hornet AMX rear window louvers I'd like to sell. These look like they were originally on a red AMX but were then painted black. Now the black paint is chipping off in a few spots and the red is starting to show back through. Other than that cosmetic issue, these are in awesome shape! No cracks in any of the seams and no dings or dents at all. These are one quality re-spray away from being mint. Please note that these are the original aluminum louvers and not some plastic aftermarket junk. I'm in Mass. and this is very costly to ship due to its size so please bear that in mind. I'm asking $200.00 or best.
